Black Wide Brim Hat with Mesh and Rhinestones LAVIN PAID The round is entirely madeVintage 1940s black wide brim hat. The top has mesh on the top with felt flowers with rhinestones in the center. Very unique and pretty design! The center also has a velvet ribbon around in the ties with a bow in the front. Marked size 22 1 2. It is in very good condition with no breaks in the mesh. Light wear overall.
